Returns Policy


We know that you will be delighted with your purchases from
ShopFittingsWorld.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

If you change your mind

We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' with all packaging and tags intact when returned to us.

Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods and received an acknowledgement from us, then you may reurn the goods at your own expense. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at cost. Once the goods are received at ShopFittingsWorld.co.uk, we'll issue a full refund, less any delivery charges, via your original payment method.

We may accept goods after 7 working days at our discretion, with a 25% re-stocking fee.

Please note this policy does not apply to custom made goods and made to order goods, including but not limited to slatwall, counters, gondolas, and certain display products.

Items Missing or Damaged in Transit

If any items are missing or damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us by 12 pm the next working day AND within 3 working days in writing. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Once we have verified the damage, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days in writing. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, you will have to pay any delivery charges and there may be a re-stocking fee of 25%.
